IMTC 2026 – Marketing and psychology

Every year, sociology researchers and leading experts in commerce meet at the International Marketing Trends Conference to discuss, identify and promote sustainable practices in marketing. During the next conference, that is taking place in Berlin on the 16th and 17th of January, 2026, Work Package 4 coordinator Virginie Schweitzer will share a part of her work in a presentation entitled  “Identifying consumer psychological empowerment compensation mechanisms in the context of photovoltaics: A tetraclass model approach”. The presentation will demonstrate the link between consumer psychology and compensation mechanisms.
